How do you ensure my pet stays safe?

We use a one on one appointment model to reduce noise and stress, and our tables are sanitized with pet-friendly solutions between every session. The is no dropping off at open and pick up at closing time.

What grooming products do you use?

We exclusively use salon grade shampoos and conditioners and other products to ensure the best quality groom. We also have specific formulas for sensitive skin. if you are sensitive to scents you can also inform us of that at drop off and we can make sure you will like that smell of your dog.

How long does a typical session take?

Depending on size and coat condition, most spa days take 2-3 hours. but this could vary depending on the dogs coat condition or behavior.

Do you require vaccination records?

Yes, for the safety of all our furry guests, we require up-to-date Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. we also strongly suggest they be on a flea and tick prevention from the vet
